Abstract:
The invention relates to the technical field of outer rotor roller stators, in particular to an outer rotor permanent magnet roller stator and a stator assembly thereof, comprising a stator iron core. Wire grooves are formed on the outer peripheral wall of the stator iron core. A plurality of air ducts are formed on the stator iron core in the axial direction thereof. The air ducts are spirally distributed in the axial direction of the stator iron core. Heat dissipation fins are arranged in the air ducts. In the present invention, when the outer rotor permanent magnet roller stator and the stator assembly thereof are in use, the heat dissipation fins are protruding in the air ducts, and the air ducts are spirally arranged in the axial direction, such that the heat dissipation area of the stator iron core is increased. Meanwhile, the spirally-arranged air ducts can accelerate the heat dissipation speed of the heat in the air ducts, and the ventilation volume of the air ducts is also increased, the heat dissipation efficiency of the stator iron core is improved, solving the problem of having an average heat dissipation effect when an existing stator and a main shaft are welded together in a matching mode to form a structural part having air ducts and the stator sleeves on the steel cylinder to form an air cooling heat dissipation solution.
