Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oven-cooking utensil having an inner space which is formed by coupling a pot-shaped main body (1) with a dome-shaped cover (2), the main body (1) being placed on the top of a combustion-type heating apparatus and comprising a sidewall (8) and a bottom wall having a combustion gas fire inlet (5) formed in the center thereof, wherein the inner space of the cooking utensil is divided into a combustion gas distribution chamber in the lower portion and a cooking chamber in the upper portion by stacking and coupling a bowl-shaped combustion gas distribution part (3), and wherein a plurality of cooking chamber combustion gas inlets (9) are formed at the outer edge of the combustion gas distribution part (3), and a plurality of combustion gas outlets (11) for discharging combustion gas out of the cooking chamber are arranged alternately with the plurality of cooking chamber combustion gas inlets (9) at constant intervals at the lower edge of the sidewall (8) of the main body (1) of the oven-cooking utensil, so that paths for supplying combustion gas from the combustion gas distribution chamber in the lower portion to the cooking chamber in the upper portion do not overlap with each other during a convection process, thereby allowing effective convection. In addition, the storage volume of the cooking utensil can be significantly reduced while a sufficient cooking chamber space is guaranteed.
