Abstract:
An overhead rapid joining and butt-joint connection construction method for a large special-shaped steel member, comprising the following steps: S1, marking the central axis of a steel box arch (4); S2, mounting a support (3) on a bridge deck; and S3, welding cross connection members (21) on the steel box arch (4); S4, mounting sand jacks (22) at the top of the support (3); S5, hoisting the steel box arch (4): assembling the cross connection members (21) on the steel box arch (4) and the sand jacks (22) on the support (3) by means of a crane; S6, performing fine adjustment of the steel box arch (4): performing fine adjustment in a plane direction by means of a tensioning strengthening and leveling tool (1) and a jack, and then performing fine adjustment in a vertical direction by means of inclined-plane leveling mechanisms (2). The construction method solves the technical problem of precise overhead positioning of large steel members, so as to achieve the goals of short overhead joining and butt-joint connection time, low personnel and equipment involvement, reduction of difficulty of high-altitude work, improvement of linearity control requirements during a construction process and ensured welding construction quality.
