Abstract:
The present invention relates to an overload protection apparatus for variable rail hoisting, comprising a slider-crank mechanism. The slider-crank mechanism is connected to a reel; the reel is mounted on a mounting frame; the bottom of the mounting frame is mounted in a sliding slot; the slider-crank mechanism pushes the mounting frame to slide in the sliding slot; a driving disc is mounted on one side of the reel; the driving disc is meshed with gears; driving mechanisms drive the gears to rotate; notches are formed on the reel; steel balls are arranged between the notches of the reel and the driving disc; the driving disc drives, by means of the steel balls, the reel to rotate; multiple through holes are formed in the radial direction of the driving disc; an elastic element is mounted in each through holes; one end of each elastic element is connected to a set screw; during overload, the reel pushes the steel balls into the through holes, such that slipping occurs between the reel and the driving disc, and the reel is prevented from being broken and the driving mechanisms are prevented from being overloaded. The present invention can meet the requirement that a hoisting mechanism needs to be accurately positioned in a space, and simultaneously prevent the reel from being broken and the driving mechanisms from being overloaded.
