Abstract:
A Ni based ferrite material exhibiting a low magnetic loss, which comprises a ferrite material having a composition: Fe¿2?O¿3?: 40 to 50 mol %, ZnO: 20 to 33 mol %, CuO: 2 to 10 mol %, and balance: NiO, and 0.1 to 1 mol % of MnO¿2? added to the ferrite material. The Ni based ferrite material exhibits a lower magnetic loss as compared to that of a conventional Ni based ferrite material and thus is suitable for use as a core material, and further it can be wined directly around a core due to its high electric resistance and thus can be used for achieving miniturization of coil parts.
