Abstract:
Provided is a wheat flour which is capable of being shaken out, a little at a time, from a shake-out container, into food ingredients, with little scattering and little lump formation. This packaged wheat flour is obtained by filling a shake-out container provided with shake-out holes, with a wheat flour having an angle of repose of 36-50˚.
