Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packaging material supply device for supplying a package cushioning material for protecting various objects from external impact, and an equipment for manufacturing an air-filled package cushioning material by using the packaging material supply device. The packaging material supply device according to the present invention comprises: a lower plate having a first ball screw and a first rail installed on the top surface in the front-and-rear direction; a first driving motor coupled to the first ball screw and installed on one side of the lower plate; a first moving plate in which a second ball screw and a second rail are installed on the top surface in the right-and-left direction perpendicularly intersecting with the front-and-rear direction and which moves back and forth along the first rail when the first ball screw rotates; a second driving motor coupled to the second ball screw and installed on one side of the first moving plate; a second moving plate in which a third ball screw and a support stand set upright are installed and which moves left and right along the second rail when the second ball screw rotates; a third driving motor coupled to the third ball screw and installed on the top surface of the second moving plate; an upper plate through which the third ball screw and the support protrude and which moves up and down along the support when the third ball screw rotates; and a guide member erect in a bar shape on a movement path from a starting point at which the packaging material starts to be taken out of a wound roll fitted to the third ball screw to an ending point at which air injection starts, and which guides the movement of the taken-out packaging material.
