Description:
Packaging and use of the packaging.

This invention relates to a packaging that is formed of around a symmetric line symmetrical foldable sheet, and where the sheet consists of a number of intermediate sheets and a central sheet, each of which sheets having an upper edge, and where the intermediate sheets and the central sheet are connected to each other by bending lines, and that the sheet has two side sheets, each of which having an upper edge, each of said side sheets is connected to each intermediate sheet by bending lines, where the bending lines pass downwards from the upper edges of the sheets and towards the symmetric line of the foldable sheet, and that further to the side sheets are connected fastening sheets that by bending lines are connected to the side sheets. Further the invention relates to the use of the packaging.

Packaging used for packing flower bouquets consist normally of a piece of glossy paper used to pack the flower bouquets,

By packing for inst. a bridal bouquet normally composed of different flowers, the flowers are tied and bound as a bundle and eventually provided with a handgrip having a hole.

EP 0 240 628 A1 describes a packaging of the type defined in the preamble pf claim 1. This packaging is shown in different embodiments each embodiment having a fixed volume.

It is now a purpose with the invention to provide a universal packaging, that is easy to us and from the same base form to adapt to various sizes of bouquets where the volume of the packaging can be changed by appropriate bending of the packaging.

The purpose is fulfilled with a packaging of the type defined in the preamble of claim 1, that is characteristic in that the intermediate sheets are identical geometric formed sheets, and that the upper edges of the side sheets and the central sheets pass perpendicular to the symmetric line of the foldable sheet.

In this way the packaging by appropriate bending around the bending lines and eventually overlap of the intermediate sheets with the side sheets be adapted to a given size of a bouquet.

It is expedient, if, as stated in claim 2, that the side sheets are identical geometrical formed, said sheets having an upper obliquely edge, that pass downwards and out in relation to the symmetrical line of the folding sheet.

A particular preferred embodiment is, as defined in claim 3, that there on edges of the fastening sheets are provided locking taps, that is adapted to fit into slots that are provided in the bending lines.

As mentioned the invention also relates to a use.

This use is defined in claim 4.

The invention will now be explained in connection with the drawing illustrating the invention, where Fig, 1 shows a foldable sheet for forming a packaging according to the invention,

Fig. 2 illustrates the packaging according to the invention formed from the sheet in a first embodiment, whereas

Fig. 3 illustrates the packaging according to the invention formed from the sheet in a second embodiment.

On fig 1 the number 1 denotes a foldable sheet having a symmetric line 15 to forming a packaging according to the invention. 2, 3 denotes intermediate sheets that are connected to a central sheet 4 by bending lines 11, 12.

The bending lines passes obliquely downwards and towards the centre of the shown symmetrical line 15. The intermediate sheets and the central sheet have upper edges, denoted 2b, 3b, 4b, here seen straight- edged, but can also be curved. As it can be seen the intermediate sheets 2, 3 are geometrical uniform.

To the intermediate sheets 2, 3, side sheets 5,6 are connected by bending lines, 10,13 said side sheets have an upper obliquely edge 16, 17 passing obliquely downwards and out in relation to the symmetric line 15 These side sheets have same geometry.

Moreover 7, 8 denotes fastenings sheets, that through bending lines 9 and 14 are connected to the side sheets 5, 6. These fastening sheets have also uniform geometry. 7a, 7b denote locking taps, her shown heart formed. These locking taps are adapted to be lead into slots, that on the figure are denoted 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 7g and 7h, and as it seen provided in the bending lines, cf. later.

On fig. 2 the packaging is seen in a first embodiment,

By this embodiment 5a denotes the outer surface of the intermediate sheet 5, whereas 6a denotes the outer surface of the side sheet.

As it is seen none of the intermediate sheets, the central sheet and the side sheets are brought in overlap. The fastening sheets 7,8 can fix the whole packaging by bringing them to overlap against one of the inner surfaces of the side sheets 5, 6 and fastening to each other by appropriate fastenings means such ad glue, tape of the like or by use of fastenings means as described in DK BA 2014000987.

However, it is preferred to bring thee heart formed locking tap in lock in the slot 7a. In that case the fastening sheet 7 is brought in overlap against the outer surface 6a of the side sheet. Fig. 3 shows a more compact packaging than then on fig. 2 since the fastening sheet 8 is brought to overlap against the outer surface 4a of the central sheet 4 and fastened by the locking tap/slot 7b, 7e.
