Abstract:
Food material (2) packed in cover (1) with a configuration of container corresponding to the contour of food is refrigerated and solidified. The solidified food has a shape permitting holding by hand, and the cover (1) has a tearability permitting breakage by hand, so that the food can be taken out by carrying out tearing breakage of the cover (1). The food material is packed in the cover with a configuration of container corresponding to the contour of food, and refrigerated and solidified, so that the conventional operation of taking out refrigerated and solidified food from an aluminum mold and packing the food can be avoided and that the cover functioning as a refrigeration mold as it is can function as a shape retention container during distribution, etc.
