Abstract:
A heating cooking apparatus (1, 2) capable of uniformly heating cooking a heated material without unevenness. The heating cooking apparatus (1, 2) comprises a blower (20) blowing air in a specified flow direction and a heating chamber (12) having a wall surface (32) and storing the heated material (S). Blowout holes (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) blowing out the air fed from the blower (20) are formed in the wall surfaces (32) of the heating chamber (12). Air flow shielding walls shielding the flow of the air are formed at the blowout holes (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) on the flow direction sides. The air flow shielding walls comprise air direction changing members (50a, 50b, 50c, 50d) positioned at the flow direction side end parts of the blowout holes (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) and changing the flow direction of the air blown from the blowout holes (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d).
