A paint coating fixture capable of positioning and fastening comprises a base and a plurality of paint coating elements, the paint coating element comprising a fastening block, a positioning rod, two auxiliary rods and four supporting rods. A positioning recess opens upwards and is formed at an outer side of the positioning rod. Two fastening recesses and a fastening rod located therebetween are arranged at one side of the fastening block. Openings of the fastening recesses are arranged in parallel to, or at an angle with, the auxiliary rods. By inserting the fastening rod into a recess at the side surface of one end of a door pillar plate, and inserting the positioning rod at a lower end surface of the other end of the door pillar plate into the positioning recess, the door pillar plate is installed and fastened at an angle, thereby firmly placing, on a coating unit, the door pillar plate, ensuring that the door pillar plate does not fall off during a high-pressure paint spraying process and a conveyor belt conveying process, completing an automatic coating process, increasing the yield of the door pillar plate, reducing the production cost, and enhancing the production efficiency and the product competitiveness.
