Abstract:
A pallet fork device, comprising a base (1), a lower rack (2) arranged on the base, a lower guide rail (3) arranged on the base, a transmission device supported on the lower guide rail, an upper guide rail (6) arranged on the transmission device, a pallet fork body supported on the upper guide rail, and an upper rack (8) arranged on the pallet fork body. An output shaft of the transmission device engages respectively with the lower rack and with the upper rack via a gear (7), enabling the transmission device to move back and forth on the lower guide rail at the same time as the pallet fork body also moves back and forth relative to the transmission device. The distance of movement is thereby doubled. A smart trolley provided with the present pallet fork device moves smoothly and operates reliably when accessing a goods box.
