Abstract:
A paper cup and a processing technology thereof, relating to the technical field of paper containers, resolve the problems that an existing paper cup has an insufficient intensity and a poor anti-scalding effect. The paper cup comprises a cup body (1). The cup body (1) comprises an inner layer paper (11) and an outer layer paper (12). The outer layer paper (12) has hollow bulges (121), and the outer layer paper (12) forms connecting portions (122). The inner side face of the connecting portion (122) is adhered and fixedly connected to the outer side face of the inner layer paper (11). The edge of the outer layer paper (12) at the rim of the cup extends to the edge of the inner layer paper (11) at the rim of the cup, and the outer side face of the inner layer paper (11) at the rim of the cup is adhered and fixedly connected to the inner side face of the outer layer paper (12) at the rim of the cup. The edges of the outer layer paper (12) and the inner layer paper (11) are both bent outward at the rim of the cup to form a roll (3) of a double-layer structure. The processing technology of the paper cup comprises steps such as paper preparation, roll-in, composition, slicing, shaping, and sizing. The paper cup has a relatively high intensity and good anti-scalding effect. The processing technology of the paper cup can process a paper cup having a relatively high intensity and good anti-scalding effect.
