Abstract:

Disclosed is a paper roll identification method, comprising the following steps: S1, arranging at least one gap portion (21) on a paper roll core tube (2) of a paper roll (100) in the circumferential direction of the paper roll core tube (2); and S2, detecting feature information of the gap portion(s) on the paper roll core tube, and comparing the feature information with pre-stored feature information to realize identity recognition of the paper roll. The method can perform automated identity identification on the paper roll, has a simple structure, and is easy to implement. Also disclosed is a paper roll identification device, a label paper roll (100), and a label printer (200).
