Abstract:
When binding a bundle of paper sheets with a binding band, the present invention solves the problem that the position of the binding band deviates from the intended position. The paper sheet processing system (100) is provided with: multiple accumulating sections (210a-c, 310a-c) for accumulating paper sheets; binding sections (250, 350) for binding the paper sheets accumulated in the accumulating section with binding bands; and a control unit (50) for adjusting the position of the binding band with respect to the paper sheets to be bound in the binding section on the basis of the actual position of the binding band with respect to the bundle of paper sheets bound in the binding section and the specified reference position for the binding band with respect to the bundle of paper sheets.
