Abstract:
A parallel optical transceiver module, comprising a laser array (1), a light detector array (2), a drive circuit board (3) and a two-dimension fibre array (4), wherein the laser array (1) and the light detector array (2) are pasted into two columns on the driving circuit board (3), are aligned and coupled with two columns of optical fibre in an optical fibre array, respectively, and are fixed with glue, the two-dimension fibre array (4) is manufactured based on a two-sided etched positioning substrate (5), and the produced technical effects are that: by means of the technique of the two-sided exposure in the microelectronics process, a mask pattern is manufactured on both sides of a piece of quartz glass, then an optical fibre positioning groove (6) array having high accuracy is etched by the chemical etching process. A two-sided exposure lithography machine in the microelectronics process can guarantee that the mask graph has relatively high positioning accuracy on one side and satisfies the technical requirements in the parallel optical transceiver module.
