Abstract:
A particle beam imaging noise reduction method and apparatus. The particle beam imaging noise reduction method comprises: performing row scanning on an imaging area (101) by using a particle beam to acquire row scanning image signals (S201); within a valid time of the row scanning, acquiring a first image signal of rows from the row scanning image signals (S202); within a non-valid time of the row scanning, acquiring noise signals of the rows from the row scanning image signals (S203); according to the noise signals of the rows, acquiring an average noise signal of the rows (S204); and according to the first image signal of the rows and the average noise signal of the rows, acquiring a second image signal of the rows (S205), so as to perform row-by-row estimation and elimination on the noise in the imaging area (101). The noise estimation is accurate, the variation in noise at different positions and different times can be well tracked, and the imaging quality is effectively improved.
