Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a particulate spray device and a particulate spray method, in which a place where particulates are sprayed, and the spray amount of the particulates, etc., can be changed according to time. [Solution] Provided is a spray device (15) which sprays particulates (P) onto a moving body (10) and which is configured by comprising a spray pipe (1) to be arranged above the moving body (10), wherein: the spray pipe (1) includes an annular body (2); the annular body (2) is provided with spray holes (3) for the particulates (P), and is rotatable in the circumferential direction; and the spray amount of the particulates (P) can be adjusted by the annular body (2) being rotated to change the positions of the spray holes (3).
