Abstract:
The present application discloses a password management method and device employing customized rules, a terminal apparatus, and a storage medium. The password management method employing customized rules comprises: acquiring a password generation instruction, and acquiring, on the basis of the password generation instruction, a target rule identifier and an original password; acquiring, from at least one rule file according to the target rule identifier, a target rule file corresponding to the target rule identifier, wherein the target rule file comprises rule execution logic and at least one rule type, and the at least one rule type comprises an irreversible transformation rule type; and using the at least one rule type to process the original password according to the rule execution logic, and generating a target password. When the password management method employing customized rules is used to manage user passwords, a plurality of account passwords can be managed according to a unique original password of a user, thereby ensuring the security of password management.
