Abstract:
Disclosed is a patent annual fee payment assessment method, comprising the following steps: inputting index information of a patent to be assessed; providing a database module storing patent information of various countries, information of a patentee of the patent to be assessed, and information of competitors of the patentee; determining whether the patent to be assessed is valuable by means of big data analysis and/or patentee information analysis, so as to determine whether it is necessary to continuously pay the annual fee of the patent to be assessed; and outputting an annual fee payment suggestion report for the patent to be assessed. The present invention also provides a patent annual fee assessment method. The present invention can provide a patentee with precise reference for whether to pay the annual fee, thereby facilitating managing the intellectual property by the patentee.
