Abstract:
This patent specification creation method comprises a reference sign assignment step in which a computer (22) executes: for each element name (13) included in a list (14) of element names (13) associated with reference signs (12), searching for the element name (13) from at least the description included in the section of an embodiment for carrying out the invention or utility model; requesting, for each retrieved element name (13), selection of whether or not to assign a reference sign (12) to the retrieved element name (13); and assigning the reference sign (12) on the basis of the selection result.
