Abstract:
An ultrasound transducer (100) includes a vibration plate (2) and a housing (1). The vibration plate (2) is capable of vibrating. The housing (1) is connected to the vibration plate (2). The vibration plate (2) has an opening (OP). The housing (1) has an internal space (IS). The internal space (IS) communicates with the opening (OP). The vibration plate (2) and the housing (1) constitute an acoustic resonance structure for amplifying, with the opening (OP) and the internal space (IS), ultrasound generated by the vibration of the vibration plate (2) and are monolithically formed.
