Abstract:
The present invention relates to a patterned photovoltaic module and a preparation method therefor. In the patterned photovoltaic module, a graphical gap space is provided inside the photovoltaic module and is used for forming a low-refractive-index area, and a pattern is formed on the surface of the photovoltaic module by means of the refractive index difference between the graphical gap space and a physical medium inside the photovoltaic module. The preparation method therefor comprises: firstly, preparing a photovoltaic cell layer, and structural layers of a packaging structure; and then performing layout and lamination to from a photovoltaic module. The beneficial effects are as follows: compared with the prior art, in the solution in the present invention, the direction of light is changed by means of optical refraction, such that a color and brightness contrast is formed, and after the direction of light is changed by means of refraction, the light can still contribute to the power generation of the module, such that the optical loss is less; in addition, manufacturing is simpler, costs are lower, and the performance is better, such that it is possible to produce an artistic pattern on the surface of the photovoltaic module with a high efficiency and low cost.
