Abstract:
A performance test bench device for a centrifugal compressor under the variable working condition of an engine, comprising: an inlet pipeline (2), a flow meter (1), an air inlet rectification system (3), a centrifugal compressor (4), an outlet pipeline (8), an exhaust valve (9), a gearbox, a shaft encoder, a rotating speed feedback control system, a frequency converter, a turbine back disc temperature simulator (5), a speed regulator (6), thermocouples, a driver (7), and an alternating current motor; the centrifugal compressor (4) is sequentially arranged coaxially with the turbine back disc temperature simulator (5), the speed regulator (6), and the driver (7); a back plate (51) and a heat exchanger (52) are provided at the front end of the turbine back disc temperature simulator (5); when a test bench device works, an airflow sequentially passes through the inlet pipeline (2), the flow meter (1), and the air inlet rectification system (3), is pressurized by the centrifugal compressor (4), and is then discharged by the outlet pipeline (8); the outlet of the exhaust valve (9) is connected to the air outlet end of the airflow. The typical characteristics of the internal flow heat transfer of the centrifugal compressor (4) when the supercharger rotates at a variable speed are reproduced, and the transient characteristics and the internal flow field of the centrifugal compressor (4) in a transition state are obtained.
