Abstract:
A performance test method for a full-automatic sample preparation system, the method comprising a precision test and a bias test, and the measurement of a total-moisture loss rate. The precision test and the bias test involve the following steps: respectively inputting each of several test samples into a full-automatic sample preparation system; measuring air-dried basis moisture and air-dried basis ash of general analysis samples which are respectively prepared from a 3 mm sample and a rejected sample; and performing the precision test and the bias test, so as to determine whether a requirement is met. The measurement of a total-moisture loss rate involves the following steps: respectively measuring the total moisture of several pairs of feeding total-moisture samples and reserved total-moisture samples; and calculating the total-moisture loss rate according to the total moisture of the feeding total-moisture samples and the reserved total-moisture samples, so as to determine whether the total-moisture loss rate meets a requirement.
