Abstract:
Provided are a perovskite quantum dot composite material manufacturing method that conveniently forms core-shell particles in a single-stage synthesis step, a perovskite quantum dot composite material that, by forming an ionic crystal layer comprising a halogen compound in a shell layer, suppresses surface flaws in perovskite quantum dots and has an extremely high PLQY, and an ink that includes said perovskite quantum dot composite material. The perovskite quantum dot composite material comprises core particles and a shell layer that is present so as to cover the peripheries of the core particles, wherein the core particles comprise a halogenated metal perovskite, the shell layer comprises an organic halogen compound that has an ionic crystal structure with the same halogen composition as the core particles, the PLQY is 75% or greater, and the quantity of variation in light emission wavelength at room temperature during a period until 10,000 minutes have elapsed is 5 nm or less.
