The present invention provides a perovskite thin film and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) performing wet-process film preparation on a precursor solution of perovskite to obtain a wet perovskite film; and b) spraying nanopowder particles on the surface of the wet perovskite film obtained in step a), performing a curing treatment, and annealing to obtain a perovskite thin film, the particle size of the nanopowder particles ranging from 5 nm to 200 nm. Compared with the prior art, according to the preparation method provided by the present invention, wet-process film formation is used in cooperation with the nanopowder particles to obtain the perovskite thin film, and the perovskite thin film has good product quality and high stability. In the perovskite solar cell further prepared from the perovskite thin film obtained by the preparation method provided by the present invention, an active layer is effectively bonded to a transport layer by means of an embedded nanocrystalline/nanowire, so that carrier recombination can be reduced, and the battery efficiency can be improved.
