Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for combined administration, comprising T-cell extracellular vesicles and an anticancer drug as active ingredients. By having confirmed that, when extracellular vesicles, which express, on the surface thereof, IL-2 isolated from T cells transfected with a vector comprising IL-2, a linker, and a transmembrane protein, are administered in combination with cisplatin or an anti-PD-L1 antibody, which are anticancer drugs, the anticancer effect is enhanced, extracellular vesicles expressing IL-2 on the surface thereof are provided as an agent for combined administration to treat cancer.
