Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing a DUSP1 inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition containing the DUSP1 inhibitor, according to the present invention, inhibits DUSP1 through an allosteric mechanism, thereby resolving the problem of inhibitors targeting an active site, and is effective in the prevention or treatment of DUSP1 enzyme-associated diseases such as hepatitis C, depression, and cancer such as liver cancer, breast cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Particularly, the DUSP1 inhibitor according to the present invention directly acts on the growth of neurons, thereby being very effective in the treatment of depression.
