Abstract:
Disclosed are a method or composition for the prevention or treatment of a neurological disease, comprising an AMPA endocytosis inhibitor. The present invention is useful as an agent for the prevention or treatment of various neurological diseases, for example neurodegenerative diseases, for example Alzheimer's disease and other such diseases, by inhibiting spine/synapse loss via AMPA receptor endocytosis inhibition.
