Title:
PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATION CONTAINING COATED MAGNETIC PARTICLES AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF, AND DIAGNOSIS THERAPY SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/051732
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A pharmaceutical preparation containing coated magnetic particles, wherein magnetic particles being chemically bonded to an organic compound having, in the molecule thereof, at least two pieces of groups selected from among a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, a carbamoyl group, an amino group, a mercapto group, a sulfo group, a dithio group, a thiocarboxy group and a dithiocarboxy group, are coated with a lipid film, to form the coated magnetic particles, characterized in that the above coated magnetic particles satisfy the following numerical formula: 0.05 ≤ R/(r X 100) ≤ 1.5 wherein R represents the average particle diameter of the coated magnetic particles, and r represents the average particle diameter of the magnetic particles.
