Abstract:

A phenylpyrazole compound represented by the formula (1): (1) wherein R¹, R², R³, R⁴, and R⁵ each independently represents hydrogen, halogeno, etc.; R⁶ represents hydrogen or C_1-3 alkyl; R⁹ and R¹⁰ each independently represents C_1-6 alkoxy, etc.; X represents oxygen or sulfur; and Q is Q1 &lcub -CR¹⁴(Z¹R¹⁵)-, wherein Z¹ represents oxygen or sulfur, R¹⁴ represents hydrogen or C_1-3 alkyl, and R¹⁵ represents hydrogen, C_1-6 alkyl, etc.&rcub , Q2 &lcub -C(=Z²)-, wherein Z² represents oxygen, etc.&rcub , or Q3 &lcub -CHR²¹-, wherein R²¹ represents hydrogen, C_1-4 alkyl, etc.&rcub . The compound is highly active in controlling plant diseases.
