Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED device having a wavelength conversion layer, which has high durability and is suppressed in chromaticity variation (chromaticity variation of emitted light among devices) and chromaticity unevenness (chromaticity unevenness of emitted light in one light emitting device). This purpose is achieved by a phosphor dispersion which contains phosphor particles, fine light scattering particles, layered clay mineral particles, silicon oxide particles and a solvent, with the content of the fine light scattering particles being 0.1-2.5% by mass.
