Abstract:
Provided is a photo-curable elastomeric ink composition for 3D printing, comprising the following components in weight percentage contents: 10-75% of a soft monomer, 10-75% of a hard monomer, 5-20% of a crosslinking agent, 5-20% of a non-reactive soft resin, 0.5-10% of a photoinitiator, 0-0.5% of a colourant, and 0.05-8% of an auxiliary; wherein the soft monomer refers to a monomer capable of generating a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of below 25ºC, the hard monomer refers to a monomer capable of generating a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature equal to or higher than 25ºC, and the non-reactive soft resin is a resin not containing a radiation-curable group in the molecular structure and having a glass transition temperature of less than 0ºC. The preparation method therefor comprises: uniformly mixing the ingredients except the photoinitiator, then adding the photoinitiator until the photoinitiator dissolves completely, filtering the resulting mixture and collecting the filtrate to obtain the ink composition.
