Abstract:
A radio frequency ablation electrode device comprises a radio frequency generator, an electrode cannula (100), a probe (200), a first electrode bundle (301), a second electrode bundle (302) and an operation handle (500). The electrode cannula (100) is fixed to the operation handle (500), and the probe (200) is disposed in an inner cavity of the electrode cannula (100) and can move relative to the electrode cannula (100) along an extension direction of the electrode cannula (100). The first electrode bundle (301) is fixed at an end of the probe (200) away from the operation handle (500), and the second electrode bundle (302) is fixed at an end of the probe (200) proximate to the operation handle (500). The first electrode bundle (301) and the second electrode bundle (302) are insulated. The first electrode bundle (301) is charged with a first voltage, the second electrode bundle (302) is charged with a second voltage, and the first electrode bundle(301) and the second electrode bundle (302) are applied to a human diseased tissue. A current circuit is formed among the first electrode bundle (301), the second electrode bundle (302) and the human diseased tissue. The operating current densities of the first electrode bundle (301) and the second electrode bundle (302) are the same. The device reduces the consumption of radio frequency energy during operation and alleviates the problems of physical discomfort of a patient and a continued postoperative fever.
