Abstract:
In the photoacoustic measuring device and the photoacoustic measuring system according to the present invention, blood flow information can be generated by using a photoacoustic image without requiring a separate tourniquet. An optical source 13 emits a measuring light. A probe 11 detects photoacoustic waves respectively generated in a subject after the measuring light has been emitted to the subject, in an avascularization state in which the subject is in an avascularization state and in a non-avascularization state where the subject is not in the avascularization state. A photoacoustic image generating means 25 generates a photoacoustic image on the basis of a detection signal of the photoacoustic wave. A blood flow information generating means 27 generates blood flow information on the basis of the signal intensity of the photoacoustic image in an area of interest set in the photoacoustic image. The avascularization of the subject is performed by pressing the probe 11 onto the subject.
