Abstract:
Provided is a photocatalytic device having the function of a lamp. Provided is a photocatalytic device (100) provided with: a substantially cylindrical or substantially ellipsoidal housing (110); a lamp (120) which is disposed in a lower portion of the housing, and the sides of which are partially or entirely covered by the housing; a photocatalyst (130) disposed inside the housing; a light (142) which is disposed inside the housing to shine light onto the photocatalyst; and a fan (150) for causing air to flow in such a way as to come into contact with the photocatalyst. The configuration is such that, by means of the fan, air is sucked in from a suction port formed in an upper portion of the housing, comes into contact with the photocatalyst, and is discharged to the outside of the housing past the outer periphery of the lamp.
