Abstract:
The present invention provides a photochromic composition product suitable for EB curing and a preparation method therefor. The composition comprises a polyol, an acrylate diol, diisocyanate, a catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor, a diluent, photochromic powder, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a leveling agent, and a defoaming agent. A photochromic composition is obtained, applied to a substrate material, irradiated by an infrared lamp, and then cured by means of EB radiation under the protection of nitrogen to form a film. According to the present invention, a carbon-carbon double bond of acrylate is introduced into a polyurethane system, a plurality of flexible structures and a plurality of rigid structures are simultaneously grafted on a molecular chain segment by means of a prepolymerization method, and finally, the photochromic composition is well attached to the surface of a transparent substrate by means of EB radiation curing. The damage of ultraviolet light to the photochromic powder is avoided, and the coating curing time is shortened, thereby increasing the qualified rate of finished products and reducing the production cost.
