Title:
PHOTOCURABLE FLUOROPOLYETHER ELASTOMER COMPOSITION AND BONDING METHOD FOR SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/095621
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides: a photocurable fluoropolyether elastomer composition which has both good storage stability and fast curing properties, while being able to be bonded at a low temperature in a short time, and which is free from the generation of air bubbles in a resin during curing; and a bonding method for this photocurable fluoropolyether elastomer composition. A photocurable fluoropolyether elastomer composition which contains: (A) 100 parts by mass of a linear polyfluoro compound that has two or more alkenyl groups in each molecule, while having a perfluoropolyether structure in the main chain; (B) a fluorine-containing organohydrogen polysiloxane that has two or more hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in each molecule in such an amount that the hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms in component (B) is from 0.5 to 3.0 moles relative to 1 mole of alkenyl groups in component (A); (C) a photoactive hydrosilylation catalyst in an amount of from 0.1 to 500 ppm relative to the mass of component (A) in terms of metal atoms; and (D) from 0.1 to 20 parts by mass of a zeolite having an average primary particle diameter of 30 μm or less.
