Abstract:
A photodetector according to the present disclosure is provided with: a photodetection unit that has a plurality of pixels arranged two-dimensionally; a signal line that is connected to the pixels; a time-measuring unit that is connected to the signal line and that measures time from a light-emitting command timing to a light-receiving timing; a histogram generation unit that generates a histogram of measurement values measured by the time-measuring unit; a storage unit that stores correction values corresponding to the positions of the pixels in the photodetection unit; a correction process unit that performs correction processing on the histogram generated by the histogram generation unit on the basis of the correction values stored in the storage unit; and an output unit that outputs a signal undergone the correction processing by the correction process unit. A distance measurement apparatus according to the present invention uses the photodetector having the abovementioned configuration.
