Abstract:

A photodetector according to the present disclosure comprises a first photoelectric conversion unit, a second photoelectric conversion unit, a third photoelectric conversion unit, a color splitter layer (43), and a reflection-preventing film (50). The first photoelectric conversion unit photoelectrically converts light in a first wavelength region. The second photoelectric conversion unit photoelectrically converts light in a second wavelength region, the second photoelectric conversion unit being disposed alongside the first photoelectric conversion unit. The third photoelectric conversion unit photoelectrically converts light in a third wavelength region, the third photoelectric conversion unit being disposed alongside the first photoelectric conversion unit. The color splitter layer (43) is disposed farther toward the light-incidence side than the first, second, and third photoelectric conversion units. The reflection-preventing film (50) is disposed farther toward the light-incidence side than the color splitter layer (43). The portion of the reflection-preventing layer (50) disposed on the light-incidence side of the first photoelectric conversion unit, the portion of the reflection-preventing layer (50) disposed on the light-incidence side of the second photoelectric conversion unit, and the portion of the reflection-preventing layer (50) disposed on the light-incidence side of the third photoelectric conversion unit have mutually different configurations.
