Abstract:

A photoelectric composite cable for electric power and communications, relating to the technical field of electric power and communication cables, and comprising a skeleton component (1), multiple optical fibers (2), four insulating sleeves (3), four conductors (4), four fillers (5), and an outer protective sleeve (6). The skeleton component (1) and the insulating sleeves (3) have special structures and are fitted together; the conductors (4) are located in the insulating sleeves (3); the multiple optical fibers (2) are located in the skeleton component (1); the fillers (5) are located gaps outside adjacent insulating sleeves (3); in adjacent insulating sleeves (3), in a clockwise direction, a second side surface of a current insulating sleeve (3) clings to a first side surface of a next insulating sleeve (3), and a second side surface of the final insulating sleeve (3) clings to a first side surface of the first insulating sleeve (3); the outer protective sleeve (6) covers all the insulating sleeves (3) and all the fillers (5). The following main beneficial effects are achieved: a simple product structure, low equipment investment, high production speed, and high universality.
