Abstract:
Provided is a highly reliable photoelectric conversion apparatus, which is capable of maintaining photoelectric conversion efficiency high. In a photoelectric conversion apparatus (11), a lower electrode layer (2), a first semiconductor layer (3), a second semiconductor layer (4) having a conductivity type different from that of the first semiconductor layer (3), and an upper electrode layer (5) are laminated in this order on a substrate (1). In the photoelectric conversion apparatus (11), the upper electrode layer (5) has an amorphous layer (5a) in any portion in the thickness direction, and the rest of the portion is a crystalline layer (5b). With such configuration, conductivity is improved by means of the crystalline layer (5b), and water is effectively prevented from entering the photoelectric conversion apparatus (11) by means of the amorphous layer (5a).

Claims:
