Abstract:
This photoelectric conversion device is provided with a front surface glass plate (30), a photoelectric conversion unit (32) that is formed on the front surface glass plate (30) and generates electricity according to the incidence of light, and a back surface glass plate (34) disposed so as to cover the photoelectric conversion unit (32) and at least part of the peripheries of the front surface glass plate (30) and the back surface glass plate (34) are fusion-bonded.
