Abstract:
A photoelectric glass display screen, comprising a glass substrate, on which a seed layer and a copper film layer are sequentially formed, wherein a circuit is printed on the copper film layer, and a plurality of light-emitting display units are soldered onto the circuit to form a light-emitting array. Each light-emitting display unit comprises a drive chip and a group of bare dies, wherein each group of bare dies comprises a red light-emitting bare die, a green light-emitting bare die and a blue light-emitting bare die, which are arranged in the shape of the Chinese character "品" or "一"; each group of bare dies may also only contain single-color light-emitting bare dies; and one drive chip is connected to one or a plurality of groups of bare dies. Each light-emitting display unit is covered with a layer of semicircular colloid, and a light-emitting angle of each light-emitting bare die, which is covered with the colloid, is greater than or equal to 160°. The circuit is printed on the glass substrate, and the bare dies are directly soldered onto the circuit, thereby improving the transparency rate of the whole display screen.
