Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to present information that is effective even to a photographer of a high skill level so as to allow him to learn more photographic possibilities and become more proficient. A photographing device (1) according to the invention is provided with: a skill level information acquisition unit (3) that acquires information about the photography skill level of a photographer; a skill level determination unit (5) that determines the skill level of the photographer on the basis of the acquired information about the photography skill level; an advice information acquisition unit (7) that, when it is determined that the photography skill level is low, acquires advice information corresponding to at least one of a photographing parameter being set, a photographing mode being set, and equipment being attached, and that, when it is determined that the photography skill level is not low, acquires advice information corresponding to equipment being not possessed or being less frequently used, a photographing parameter being not set or being less frequently used, or a photographing mode being not set or being less frequently used; and an information presentation unit (8) that presents the acquired advice information to the photographer.
