Abstract:
Disclosed are: a photosensitive conductive paste which is capable of providing a conductive pattern having a high conductivity and excellent flexibility at relatively low temperatures; and a method for forming a conductive pattern using the photosensitive conductive paste.
Specifically disclosed is a photosensitive conductive paste which is characterized by containing (A) a compound that has an alkoxy group, (B) a photosensitive component that has an unsaturated double bond and a glass transition temperature within the range of 5-40˚C, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a conductive filler.
