Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention is made in order to solve the problem, and the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a photosensitive conductive paste with excellent fine pattern formability by means of development by filtering the photosensitive conductive paste and thereby removing coarse particles and foreign materials in the paste. The present invention also provides a photosensitive conductive paste which has excellent reliability in a wet heat environment and forms an excellent fine pattern, while exhibiting excellent adhesion to a base, durability and long-term stability. [Solution] A photosensitive conductive paste which is characterized by containing a photosensitive organic binder (A), a conductive powder having an average particle diameter (D50) of 5 μm or less, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator and an organic solvent, and which is also characterized in that a scratch mark starts to appear at 10 μm or less in a grind gauge; a conductive thin film which is formed using this conductive paste; a conductive laminate; an electrical circuit; and a touch panel.
