Abstract:
A photosensitivity-based bearing sealing assembly method and structure. The method comprises the following steps: S1. obtaining a semi-finished bearing to be sealed; S2. acquiring the specifications and size of a sealing element (1) for the semi-finished bearing; S3. obtaining a photosensitive resin; S4. using the photosensitive resin as a printing material, and obtaining the sealing element (1) by means of 3D printing; S5. fitting the semi-finished bearing with the sealing element (1), which is not completely hardened; and S6. irradiating the sealing element (1), which is completely hardened, by means of ultraviolet light.
