Abstract:
A plastic bearing for a steering column, comprising a housing (1), an inner ring (3) and a middle ring (2); the middle ring (2) is sleeved outside of the inner ring (3); a cage (4) and balls (41) are provided between the middle ring (2) and the inner ring (3); the balls (41) are rotatably arranged on the cage (4); the housing (1), the inner ring (3) and the middle ring (2) are all made of plastic materials; a containing cavity (11) is formed on the housing (1), and the middle ring (2) is provided in the containing cavity (11); a plurality of guiding protrusions (12) are provided on an inner wall of the containing cavity (11); positioning protrusions (21) are formed in positions of an outer wall of the middle ring (2) that correspond to two sides of the guiding protrusions (12); an inserting groove is formed between every two positioning protrusions (21); the inserting grooves insertedly cooperate with the guiding protrusions (12); a plurality of fasteners (14) are further provided on an inner wall of the containing cavity; clamping blocks (22) are provided on an outer wall of the middle ring (2) corresponding to the fasteners (14); and the fasteners (14) are fasteningly provided on the clamping blocks (22) to fix the middle ring (2) and the housing (1).
